Annette Collazo is an educator, community organizer, and Hialeah native. She is proud to be a first-generation Cuban-American. Annette is a leader who lives it. She knows the struggle of finding adequate medical care, and the sometimes fatal consequences of not having it. She understands the strain of dealing with rising housing and insurance costs while living paycheck to paycheck. She knows what it’s like to hold two jobs to make ends meet. Annette goes to work each day and sees students who want to learn and grow in a safe, supportive, and healthy environment. She shares the imperative of combating climate change and preserving our natural resources. Annette lives it and is ready to lead on these issues for her community, District 110.
